Simple RJ45 Cable Assembly Guide:
- Place your cable into the included wire stripper.
- Rotate the mini stripper around the cable to safely remove the outer jacket.
- Arrange the wires into the load bar according to the required color order (T568A or T568B) and use the tool to cut them horizontally for a neat finish.
- Insert the prepared wires and load bar into the connector plug.
- Unlock the tool by releasing the lock button on the back.
- Adjust the regulating screw (if working with Cat7, otherwise ignore for RJ11/RJ12).
- Place the connector plug into the appropriate crimping port and firmly squeeze the handle to crimp the plug.
- For plugs with a dovetail clip, gently press the clip towards the middle and use the specialized dovetail clamp to secure it.
