2. Vendor Policy
2.1 Registration & Subscription
- Vendors must register on OrbiDropshipping.com with complete company and bank details.
- First 3 months free subscription. After that, $3.5/month.
2.2 Product Listing Options
When adding a product, vendor can choose:
- 1) Only for Website – Product visible only on OrbiDropshipping.com for viewing/contact (like Alibaba style).
- 2) Only for Dropshipper – Product hidden from public, available only for dropshippers in their dashboard.
- 3) Both – Visible on both website and dropshipper dashboard.
2.3 Order Processing
- Vendor must pack the product in Orbi-branded flyers.
- Orders must be handed to Leopard Courier within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- For bulk orders, Orbi Dropshipping will arrange purchase and delivery via Orbi Logistics.
2.4 Payments to Vendor
- All payments go into Orbi Store Pvt. Ltd HBL company account first.
- Vendor payments are made weekly after deducting Orbi commission.
3. Dropshipper Policy
3.1 Registration & Subscription
- Dropshippers register on OrbiDropshipping.com.
- First 1 month free, then $3.5/month.
3.2 Selling Options
- Connect Shopify store for automatic product sync.
- Sell products directly on Orbi.pk (50 free products, $1 for every extra 10 products).
3.3 Payment & Commission
- Dropshipper sales revenue is collected by Orbi Store Pvt. Ltd in HBL account.
- Payouts to dropshippers are made weekly.
4. Customer Terms
- Customers must never pay vendors directly.
- All payments go to Orbi Store Pvt. Ltd HBL account.
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
- For bulk orders, Orbi manages purchasing and delivery itself.
5. Order Flow (Step-by-Step)
- Customer places order via Orbi.pk or dropshipper’s connected store.
- Payment is made into Orbi’s HBL company account.
- Order is forwarded to vendor via OrbiDropshipping.com dashboard.
- Vendor packs order in Orbi-branded flyer and hands over to Leopard Courier within 24 hours.
- Tracking details are updated in system.
- Vendor & dropshipper payments are processed in weekly cycle.
6. Logistics & Packing Rules
- All orders must use Orbi-printed flyers.
- Packing quality must protect product during transit.
- For bulk shipments, Orbi Logistics handles complete delivery.
